On the About page I have told how I came to my healing abilities, yet that is only a small part of who I am. The abilities I described will take me forward in my life and on the journey that is to take the second half of my lifeline on this planet. There was a time however where my spirit was not in a place to move forward. I now realize that the healing abilities had affected how I view the world and my place in it. As most healers learn, there comes a time when our desire to be of service comes out as an over accommodation. Many healers experience periods of victimization and our health suffers because we want and need to help everyone that enters into our circle. There are some very hard lessons in these experiences.

For me the experience of an abusive husband left me in a state of self-doubt that made me withdraw and want to hide away. When he left I breathed a sigh of relief thinking the worst was over and I could find a way to regain my sense of self. Then came a work injury. It is that injury and the next fifteen years or so of reoccurrences that tested my spirit in ways I couldn't even imagine. Abuse still held me in it's cold grasp, this time it was my employment that was the abuser. It took along time to recognize that I had the ability to stand against their wishes.

Within the frame work of my injuries and pain I found the strength of spirit to continue to move and breathe. I began writing newsletters as much as a release for my experiences and trials as they were to inspire others. Spiritually it became a test of faith. Not just to simply inspire people to put all of these concepts into practice but to convince my mind of the strength hidden away within my spirit. It has made me stronger and it promises to stand by me no matter what I am to experience.

The blogs below take you on my journey through the accidents and their affects on my mind and body. It may have been my path to experience these incidents but I realize I am not alone as many others suffer at the hands of greedy corporations. I trust that you will find these stories of my experiences surprising enough to inspire you to move forward within the turmoil of your own life.
